Holo operates on a unique negative bidding model. Users ("Riders" or "Guests") suggest a fare for a ride or accommodation. Service providers ("Captains" or "Hosts") can either accept the fare or counter-offer with a lower bid. Once a user accepts a bid, a binding agreement is formed between the user and the service provider. Holo acts solely as an intermediary platform.
